Just don't do it. Cheap paint on the walls, cabinets, and shelves. Old appliances. Other tenants have rusted cars in the parking lot, leave kids toys in the grass, don't pick up after their dog, and leave heaps of garbage BESIDE the dumpster. Maintenance does not change air filters. The overhead light outside my door was out for five months without anybody coming to fix it. Pet fees are astronomical and nonrefundable. The internet provider is some sketchy expensive company out of Buffalo. Train/traffic noise. You can hear everything your neighbor says in their unit.
Be very careful when you are dealing with your lease and all correspondence with the office.Keep dates organized and copies of everything. Almost is if you were going to court, because you probably will.
to many dogs parking, internet is exclusive with one provider with slow speed and expensive pay.
I visited the property and simply loved it!!! It's very nice and serene. Clean. Safe. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident about choosing this location for my next home.
I lived at Canter Chase for a year after selling a home. My apartment was a three bedroom and was very roomy. I had lots of storage inside and out. The office staff was great and always friendly! Maintenance was very quick to respond to the one issue I had and took care of it the same day. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with all the huge old trees an abundance of flowering trees and bushes. I used to love taking my dog for walks around the grounds where he could chase the squirrels. If I am ever in need of an apartment in the future, I will definitely go back to Canter Chase!
