Look. Just dont live here. Its very simple. This place is a joke. Spend a little more money and move to River Oaks down the road. There is literally not one good thing about living here. Come drive by and see how empty the parking lot is and that should tell you everything. Youve read all the bad reviews. I tried to save a little money by moving here, but thats irrelevant now because theyll charge you all sorts of fees a few months after you move in. Im moving out as soon as I can.

Simply DEPLORABLE! Office staff are horrific and lies constantly, maintenance is pitiful, nd the problems that exist inside so many apartments is disgusting. They have a lot of complaints and violations file with the Louisville Codes and Enforcements.
