The arrogance was sickening! The young man I met yesterday with my son after getting a wonderful referral from bestie he displayed the opposite. He said this APT NEEDS NO SALES $1312 guide and the email sent directly from the apartment was wrong.. He claims apartment guide puts those numbers up themselves! They said now and Feb 10 th ad he says NO . They are $16-$1754 dollars and not available until begin March and Mid March, All things I have been emailing for days he said was wrong and this APT complex doesnt need discounted sales. I will say he wasted our time. It is a shame that he has a job! I told my son to lets get up and GO!! This man cared less and frankly I felt he didnt want us at HIS COMPLEX! I bet we werent the first ones and wont be the last!...There are too many apartments around to be treated like we dont matter and our money dont cash! Thank You!

A current resident. The former manager had many cars towed without letting us know. I saw an abandoned car sticker. Talked with the mgr. She said the car would not be towed it was at 1 am. That was cold blooded. I'm a heart patient have had several procedures. We are 3 miles from Kroger's. My sister lives in Idaho. No one to turn to. That car was my life. I've lived here 6 1/2 years. Close to my hospital and doctors....

I can go on & on about all of the things we went through in the 4 years living at breckenridge, but I will just sum it up with DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT BRECKENRIDGE SQUARE APARTMENTS!!
