    This was the place I wanted to move into from the outside and the floor plan. When I was able to see the apartment it was very disappointing. The carpet was very worn and looked dirty. It was obvious it had been cleaned but still looked dirty. I chose not to rent there.

    Beware!!!!!!!!! I love the area, but parking sucked. I lived in a one bedroom apartment, and all the other apartments in my building had one bedroom too, but many of the tenants had 3-4 cars which made parking a living nightmare. I had to have surgery, so I was down for two months, and I recieved helped through a local agency to pay my rent for those two months I was out. The young GIRLS in the office try not to accept the payment because I didn't come from me and had the nerves to ask why I couldn't pay my rent when they saw me go into the office with a walker and unable to barely walk. I left the apartment and clean throughout the apartment, cleaned the ceiling fans, changed out all the light bulbs, mopped, and wipe down corners. There were some spots on the counter that I couldn't get all the way out but wasn't anything significant and could barely tell. They had the nerves to hold my entire deposit for that and charged 100 to vacuum which the young GIRL saw me vacuum and carry out to the car. They try to charge me 40.00 for the water trash and sewer after holding back my deposit. They act as if I didn't clean and left the place a wreck which I found out they rented out the apartment five days after I left. I know for a fact that when people move from these apartments, they shampoo every apartment rugs as well as come after the tenants move out to clean behind them. They want to charge you for it, so they don't have to pay it themselves. I've never had an issue at any other apartments I've lived in when it came to me getting my deposit back and going over the top and beyond to make sure it clean enough that whoever comes behind me doesn't have to do as much great area to live in but terrible, terrible management. Young kids are trying to be adults.

    I have never lived somewhere that had such quick maintenance response. Literally a day after I put in a work order, they show up to resolve the issue. Very nice staff who are always available to help. Would 100% recommend to friends and family!

    I recommend that potential tenants speak with former residents prior to choosing this community. This company makes a practice of keeping security deposits due to the unit not being cleaned adequately. They provide no evidence but hire collection agencies to scare people into paying. Good luck.
