My husband and I are going to move in next month, the leasing staff have been super helpful and very cordial.Jennifer made our leasing experience very pleasant and super easy. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to experience a luxury lifestyle, everything in this complex is super nice!! I cannot wait to move to our beautiful apartment in 30 days.
Ive lived at the 9910 Sawyer apartment complex for about a year now. The office staff is super nice, the amenities are great, and there is always something fun going on. there are even food trucks that come a couple times a month! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
Incredibly RUDE staff!! I was moving from out of state and fell in love with the apartments online so I gave them a call. I wasnt able to visit the place before my move in date so understandably I had a lot of questions. The lady at the office asking me if I was being serious about moving there since I had so many questions. I mentioned that I was moving from out of state and would not have the opportunity to visit the apartment beforehand and she was acting like it was a giant inconvenience for her to answer my questions. My advice: Take your business elsewhere.
Beautiful apartments and nicely built. The leasing agent that I got was not that nice, he should work in a correctional facility that job will better fit him. I was told I was getting laminate flooring and almost the whole apt is carpet, I was never able to see the apt until move in day, every time I asked I was told it was still under construction, even though I could see it was not, the washer and drier were not in the apt, waiting on them for now. It is a really nice apt complex; I just have to guess I had bad luck with the person handling my process.
Don't trust anything the management tells you before you sign your lease. We were lied to. One of the reasons we picked this complex is what they told us about month-to-month rates at the end of our lease. Now that we are at the end of our lease, we find out they want $2,649 for an wxtra month. We have complained to upper management, but it is obvious they don't care, and they have no desire to stand by their word.
