Quality of apartment is low for the price (no garbage disposal, doors falling apart, dirty hallways). Week night noise is terrible with very thin walls. Increased rent since I lived here with no improvements to the property and changed landlord with no announcement or notification. Also due to construction, weve had three months (so far) with no laundry room access.

I personally would not live at this location. There are several apartments close together and seems crowded. Not much greenery for pets or scenery. Not very quiet and leasing office or management was not available nearby. However they do look well kept and would be great for a student since it's close to downtown
