Poor poor poor construction. Could make a better dwelling out of chop sticks.

This place is just OK. Poor construction of the building. Management - about as rude as they come. Margie is not a nice person and it's not surprising the front office staff has a huge turn around. Sent emails about issues that do not get returned by front office. Issues unresolved after several emails and phone calls. She simply could care less. people DO NOT pick up after their pets. Again- several messages to the front office unanswered on this issue. People defecating in pool on 3 different occasions. Disgusting! Can't wait until my lease is up in a few months.

The Blvd is a luxury and quiet place to live. The staff is friendly and do anything to help your needs. I believe its the best "BANG" for your buck
