You'll also find a lovely community room with a kitchen for special celebrations, a reading room, two laundry rooms and picnic tables outside with a grill and even a shuffle board! Please be aware we are an income-based community for individuals who are 62 years of age and older. Rent is $602/month, but residents receive discounts from Housing and Urban Development based on their income and expenses.
