Park Place in Lexington is a lovely place to live. As a long-term resident, I think Park Place is continually improving in terms of its amazing staff (both management and maintenance), many extra amenities, and landscaping. Another impressive aspect of Park Place is the uniqueness of the residents that live here. I have met people from different places, other demographics, and age groups, I have lived in rental properties all over the U.S.. Park Place truly ranks among the best communities in which I have ever lived. Thanks to all the staff for working so hard to keep this a great community.

My husband and I lived there for a year back in 2017 and we loved it. We received all of our deposit back and I am currently interested in renting again.

The pool and the entire area are completely torn up..no work is being done ..??

They do not fix anything thats not working. Continuously promise to make repairs yet 6 months later no repairs made. They will do ANYTHING to keep from returning your deposit.
