    The staff is excellent. John the manager is sincerely truthful and willing to help with issues. I have been here five years in three apartments. When my son got married we both stayed here and got townhouses. I moved my sister heres and she love it. Love the area to have outside furniture and grill also an area for planting. We have had some issues but they kept at it till they fixed it . If they couldnt the called outside help. Rent is affordable and worth it. We have a ton of living space. Before here we lived downtown at park plaza. We enjoy this a lot more. Friendlier homeier pet friendly and the grounds are well kept

    Pros: This apartment is centrally located! Its 16 minutes with traffic from the University of Kentucky! It has quiet walking paths for you and your pets. Its pet friendly! It has a great pool that stays clean through out the season! Near the pool is an area to grill out if your having a birthday party for your kiddos. They do fun events for instance, just in December they did a best Christmas light display and gave away a visa gift card. They have escorted insect inspections, which I appreciate. Most neighbors are friendly. This place will not send you nit picky emails about leaving your towels out to dry or add hidden fees. They let you live your best life. They walk you through the entire contract when you sign. It comes with a washer and dryer!! Lets not forget cable and internet. Currently, there is a great manager at the Alumni Drive complex by the name of John who is always available and willing to help. If not John, Tyler is the go to guy. PSA they offer more square footage than most for less. If in doubt give this place a call and get a tour its free! Cons: Maintenance is not good here. But if you report an incident they recognize the documentation and take responsibility for it. The excercise area is not as advertised for the Alumni Drive complex and leaves lots to be desired. So if your a gym rat and need it to be on site dont come here, but if your up for a cheap gym membership Youfit is just down the road on locust hill and its decent. The tanning bed is always dirty and there is never any cleaning solution.

    Maintenance is horrible. Management doesn't concern about the residents living issues.

    No parking ever. I come home everyday to walk 20 mins to my apartment one way. I don't pay rent to never park remotely near where I live. I've come home before and seen 0 parking spaces available. Also, in the span of two months I have had my apartment flood with water multiple times.
