Because the complex is maintained in a decent manner. The only issue I have is the cost of laundry, upkeep of the laundry room and quality of washing machines provided. The management staff as well as the maintenance staff have been more than respectful and helpful. Thank you!!
The apartment unit I moved into was a bit old. There were some carpet stains and wall marks from the last tenant(s), and the A/C unit initially kept flooding the hallway carpet with water everytime it was turned on. The building's infrastructure is a bit aged, and water pressure in the pipes can be very inconsistent. Nonetheless, the office staff are courteous, and maintenance is getting better about answering work orders. My neighbors were forgettable and unfriendly, to say the least.
