Matt and Brian are awesome. They will help beyond expectations if you need them to. They also strive to keep the grounds and your apartment in top condition. The owners are typical of owners but these guys are great. Know your lease so you won't be disappointed because they are also not miracle workers in case what you want is not possible.

I love it here! The staff is always so kind and helpful (shout out to Jaisa! She went above and beyond to help us). The maintenance staff is so quick and kind. Great place to live

At one time I was a little upset with certain situations here at Forty 57. But Natalie sat down with me and resolved all my concerns way beyond my expectations. If you are renting, take a look here. They really try to get it right for their residents. The manager is a decent man and takes time to talk about things also. Read their publications to gauge if they have what you want because it is accurate. Oh, maintenance is great here also which is important to us seniors.

Absolutely wonderful place to live. Have lived at several apartments here in Lexington but this one is by far the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful, grounds are kept very neat, and one of the best and most important things is that maintenance is always there for you no matter the issue and they won't stop until things are fixed. They are a top-notch crew.

Drugs, guns and overall sketchy night life here. Run!

KISS YOUR DEPOSIT GOODBYE. They say its a refundable deposit, but what they dont tell you is that upon move out, they put that deposit toward your move-out cleaning, REGARDLESS of the condition the apartment was left in, and you get the rest. UNLESS, you pay for professional cleaning yourself. Either way you lose money. We left our apartment in good condition. No spots on the carpet, no dents in the walls, normal wear and tear on the walls from the furniture sitting there. I was told not to worry about cleaning as long as I got all our trash and furniture, because they have to clean it anyway. A week later, we have a $163 balance for move-out cleaning. I called to dispute and spoke to the property manager and Steadfast supervisor. Both told me it was the cost of getting the apartment cleaned and that they always take the cleaning cost out of the deposit. So you will NOT be getting your deposit back if you move here, no matter how good you leave the place. The only thing that shouldve come out of our deposit shouldve been 3 blind replacements, but everything else was in fine condition (the blinds are yet another issue. They were torn up by a dog we were caring for. The $300 pet fee doesnt cover ANYTHING in damages. Just a darn fee, PLUS monthly pet rent). Still, they charged us for the blinds, carpet cleaning, and move out cleaning. Again, I was told they do this with ALL deposits. The cleaning will always come out of your deposit, so in truth, it is NOT refundable. They also tried to charge us for furniture left in front of the garbage that wasnt ours. We paid the cleaning charge (after adamantly disputing it) a few days after receiving it, then for the weeks following, received emails from their billing department threatening to send us to collections. The unit was nice, but not worth the hassle of moving out.Honestly, Natalie is the only good assistance we received while living there. I give Natalie 5 stars. The rest of the property gets 1.5
