Yes, IV been looking at diff/propertys, but keep coming back to this complex, will be moving to Lexington end of Feb2020, IL be working downtown, hopefully at UK...see you when I get there...

I rented sight unseen and due to a disability was unable to stay. Will and Mr. Meade were fantastic dealing with me and my needs. Eventually I had to move but without penalties. Oskar kept things running and the grounds clean. Double Tree is like a secure oasis in a convenient location. Diverse residents. Nice mix of family and singles. Great laundry mat. Flexible on pets if they are well behaved. The only sticking point that makes my rating a 4? I think too much money was spent upgrading the outside. Maybe some of the units are being or have been upgraded without my knowledge.Would love there again. pdh

I stopped by doubletree in my search of finding a new place to live. I was totally surprised by what I found. The outside really took me by surprise, it looks recently updated and was well maintained. I did not see the inside of the apartment but my interaction with the office staff was very positive; friendly and very informative. The property was very quiet and clean. Very impressed!

I do not know how good the property is. The managers never got back to me. 1 star review as a result.
