I really enjoy the neighborhood and the residents are extremely courteous. The staff is mannerly and helpful. Most can actually call you by name! The amenities are unbelievab, and the location is perfect! The grounds are constantly kept up during every season of the year. My only reservation is with parking. So many people love it here that often, when getting in late, the only spot is on the street. Once my car got sideswiped. I wish we'd have at least 1 designated parking spot per apartment.

Friendly staff and willing to do whatever it takes to create the best experience possible. I constantly see the maintenance manager on site which reassures me that if I do have any problems it wont be left unnoticed for long.

the apartments are small and the second bedroom is just a loft with no door and an open window into the living room. The apartment gets the job done however being close to campus and utilities included.
