In a world of uniformity of high volume and low price we often lose our ability to dream and forget to dig for what defines us. It is far too easy to accept the usual. The excitement of modern architecture can be summed in a single word, unexpected. Our heart races when we notice the most common of materials used in uncommon places. For those of us who have fallen madly and completely in love with the bold materials and clean lines of all things modern, very few options to call home exist. Our often unhealthy obsession with a favorite Eames chair, Noguchi lamp or Nelson clock that we have forced into every apartment since college with reckless determination may have been ridiculed by our friends in the past but no more. Now, finally, there is a choice. Now there is Crescent at Shadeland. Now your home can define you for a change.
I really enjoy the neighborhood and the residents are extremely courteous. The staff is mannerly and helpful. Most can actually call you by name! The amenities are unbelievab, and the location is perfect! The grounds are constantly kept up during every season of the year. My only reservation is with parking. So many people love it here that often, when getting in late, the only spot is on the street. Once my car got sideswiped. I wish we'd have at least 1 designated parking spot per apartment.
Friendly staff and willing to do whatever it takes to create the best experience possible. I constantly see the maintenance manager on site which reassures me that if I do have any problems it wont be left unnoticed for long.
Love my new apartment. So glad i came here!
the apartments are small and the second bedroom is just a loft with no door and an open window into the living room. The apartment gets the job done however being close to campus and utilities included.
I would vote not excellent due to some excessive noise and having little freedom with pets
