    The place was nice when I first moved in but after being acquired by the new management company, West Shore, things have gone down hill. The grounds of the property are not well kept and the shared hallways between apartments are always a mess. The pool smells and trash is always piled up at the dumpster for several days. You are required to pay $35 a month for the pickup trash service and they dont even come every night they are supposed to (and they dont come on weekends). Be prepared to pay close to $100 in extra fees on top of your advertised monthly rent. They also tried to raise my rent by $400. I spoke with Nichole, the area regional manager, who was very rude to me when discussing my lease. My exact apartment unit was listed for rent for less on Bridle Creeks website and they refused to honor that lease rate. You do not want to do business with this company
