I love the location. It is within walking distance to stores, medical offices, dental offices, hair salons, restaurants and the public library.
The staff is fantastic... always ready to help... they truly care about the residents
. Also, the maintenance staff is A+! They not only fix problems, they explain any questions I have. Take another look at what I just said as it is the key to outstanding customer service is to go beyond the basic request.
Looks like a dump. Very small, not open floor plan. Place seems really dated.

The main reason for the average rating is because of the rent. I understand that there are incentives/bonuses/discounts when signing the initial lease for year one. But over the past 3 years, my rent has increased 25%. The only explanation for the increase is because i renew my lease 1 year at a time, instead of locking in 3, 5, 10 years. I have yet to see or reap any benefit from the increases in rent that I pay.
