It was a nice apartment complex. Looks like a wonderful place to live

We've lived here for 4yrs. The first 2 years were fine. Then when it was sold. Things went down hill. When the new owners took over they didn't even put water in the pool till August. The water was so cold you couldn't enjoy it. When we asked why the was no water yet. We never got the same answer from them. Then this year it is all tore up. So no swimming here. There is no fitness center here as your add says. The washers don't work half the time. Our utilities went from no more than $70 when we weren't using the a/c or heat to $115. We're very disappointed in the way this place is being managed. You get less for more money.
