This place is awful. People in the office don't answer. You can bet when you move out you will be charged for things that you shouldnt be charged for.

Highly highly recommend these apartments and townhomes. Ive lived here since before the new owners took over and before Amanda became our new leasing manager and Ive gotta say, what a huge difference they have made. I absolutely love it here. Amanda and Frank are always amazing in absolutely every aspect. Frank is the maintenance man and he is wonderful and quick to take care of needs in the property. Very professional and sweet. Amanda goes above and beyond in ways I can never begin to explain, truly. She has made living here the best experience. I cant say how much I love her enough. Give that woman a RAISE!!

Horrible experience. Poor communication and you can never get ahold of anyone in the office. Will not address maintenance concerns or if they do if half butted. Wasting money on unnecessary upgrades when our money should be used on fixing the building integrity. I preferred the previous management.
