Absolutely loved living at Apple Valley, the manager Debbie is phenomenal. Thank you for the 4 years I lived there, just might come back !!!

The area is very quiet and you do not typically see or hear much of your neighbors, which is a good thing for apartment life. However the water is very hard, outlets are loose, and the road is an absolute disaster. The place would be taken up several notches if they would just spend the money to finally have the road re-blacktopped instead of patching the potholes here and there.

I dont recommend the apartments solely because management is very rude. I was thinking of renting at Apple Valley but met the management through other residents. Now I would never consider renting there. I was asked by the maintenance employee to let the office know when I would be stopping by my relatives apartment so he could stop in and do repair work. I attempted to let the office know and to contact the maintenance guy as he requested. The office manager gave me disgusting looks, scrunching up her entire face like I was a thorn in her flesh, made rude remarks to me, and treated me with absolute disgust leaving me very confused as to why she would act this way. Then after talking with the person that was the new renter and several residents they all agreed she often comes across as rude and intimidating. Even if a resident had done something, which was not the case as they just moved in, why would my first encounter with this manager person be of this experience? Unfortunately, I continued to be really nice to her and it seemed to make her more disturbed towards me.
