So I have lived here for three years. The management just gets worse. If you receive any form of complaints, which is expected sometimes people are loud thats life, but you will be harassed. None stop. I have been complained and harassed about walking down the stairs loudly. They only care about who is complaining now about what the complaint even is. The appliance of ridiculous. Extremely outdated. My stove barely works. I have a had a hole in my ceiling for 8 months and it has been worked on. It still leaks when it rains. You can leave the apartment spotless when you move out, but you will be charged for miscellaneous things. Locks, curtains, toilet seat, paint, etc. Dont even think about getting your deposit back, might as well kiss that goodbye. I would not live here again.

So I have lived here 3 years and also previously worked here. Let me tell you that this is the absolute last place I would want to live. If you expect your deposit back you can kiss that thought goodbye. I don't now if I ever heard a resident getting anything back from them. I personally have only gotten back around 100 once and only because I hassled them about it. They charge you for things that are not allowed. The toilet seats, locks, filters, and paint get replaced regardless of how upkept your apartment is and they charge you for it all. If you get a complaint you will be harassed. They will listen to whoever complains the most and you literally fear living here. There is one positive thar came out of all of this. I can now warn everyone else to stay away from here. Seriously people do not live here. I could go on and on about this place. Old appliances, crappy maintenance. Bad management, cheap fixes,. JUST WALK AWAY

Dear god where do i start... Management is horrible and they will not help The will nickle and dime anything. Dont expect a deposit back at all... no chance. They make you pay for a pro painter and carpet when you move out. Second, if you receive any complaint be ready to be evicted. Maintenance is nonexistent or barely minimal. Im talking 60`s appliances and got glued trim work. I can go on and on... just dont live here. Please
