Dont put in an application. A friend of mine did and paid the normal application fee , which is standard. They also charged a $400 deposit. When her application was turned down she didnt receive the $400 back

Toured the unit with the property manager Jeff. I tried to schedule a follow up to submit an application, I tried contacting him several times via text and phone call and was completely ignored. Total waste of time and the last thing I need trying to move from out of state.
