After sitting in the office talking to them about the Erlanger studio I heard her phone ring like 20 times in an hour. She never stopped talking to me. She made me feel very important. When I told her I had bad credit she said they would review it, not just send me away. The studio was too small but I'm waiting on a 1 bedroom.

They have come a long way since I first moved in. Management always answers and is nice. Maintenance comes and fixes issues. I can't complain.

The staff here is the most professional and lovely group I have had to deal with. The manager is incredibly personable and gives her undivided attention. I have never had problems with my apartment or complex and highly recommend living here.

My name is Thomas and I live in one of the Mainstrasse properties. Courtyard Properties is a good size company that still holds onto a close knit family feel. They try to accommodate each tenant and as if they were a close friend. Jamie in the office is especially a dream to work with. She puts her all into the company and it really transcends customer service to another level.

This company is the used car salesman of apartments. They don't care about you- only about any and all money they can pocket. Properties look nice from outside- guess they have to because of the neighborhood. But inside- and some of the tenants that I saw - absolute out of the gutter. I wasted my time looking here- learn from me and don't even bother looking here. (Usually I wouldn't post online but the people and the apartments are so bad that I feel compelled to say something)

Let me tell you about this group. They're buying up properties then putting these awful signs in front.... looks nice from the outside but beware. Screening of tenants is poor - don't be surprised to find a loud smoking drunk. Inside - drab hallways, dents and nicks, trash galore in back (where no one sees) with overflowing dumpsters. And so nice- they're buying properties, kicking the current residents out and then "upgrading" with a good ol' doubling of the rent. Courtyard Properties suck - I won't be back.
