DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT APPLY HERE, if you think there is even the slightest chance of getting declined! They took 380.00 on a Friday for an apartment, we were so excited about, only to be told that Monday morning, they get to keep all 380.00! I can see an app fee and/or credit check fee but with the high need for apartments, that is just too much! They refused to give ANY of it back. Not that it should really matter why, but were told it was rejected because of something that was wrong and being disputed was showing with a previous landlord from a few years ago. Currently their rent for past year is perfect and they had no issues renting since! . I will be also be reporting this to CCB. Good luck all, they wouldnt even take a co signer with A PLUS CREDIT to vouch for them!

Absolutely terrible!!! Property manager is awful, the price is way too high for what you get, random water shut offs, lack of communication, and overall quality is garbage. If you want to pay top dollar to live in the ghetto, this would be perfect for you. If you are looking for a cozy place to call home, spend the extra $100 a month to be elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The community and location is great. But none of that means anything when the manager, management, and maintenance was terrible. Management, wont invest money back into the property but will increase every single thing across the board. Managers are poorly trained and if you combine that with just a terrible person overall its a recipe for an unpleasant experience. Its a matter of time before they cross the wrong person and that person will sue them and put them in the news.

My sister lives here. Please DON'T MOVE IN. You will absolutely regret it. The management team is god awful and especially Ashley is incredibly rude and cavalier about problems. My sisters unit has flooded multiple times from the rain, they refuse to fix it or even acknowledge an issue. It has caused mold to grow in her bedroom where it leaks. Refused to replace the carpet just to "clean it" when it CLEARLY needs replaced. And it was extremely evident that they didn't clean the carpet before move in as a stain before moving in magically disappeared after being cleaned. They take weeks to respond to any maintenance issues if they even acknowledge them at all. They break the rules of their own lease. They are a HORRIBLE company and must honestly TRY to be so awful to their residents. There are hundreds of complaints like this one. Please don't live here. Save your self the stress and problems. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst place I have lived! I would not recommend it to anyone who doesnt want to live in a mold infested apartment. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here!
