One problem after another here & zero accountability or customer service from management. The price of this apartment is not worth it. It is not well kept here, to the point that management is aware of roach problems & has pest control service inspect your apartment about every 40 days to check for signs. Management admitted our roach issue was from neighbors & still refuses to compensate for the inconvenience. We have had leaks in apartment from holes in roof, bad smell in apartment from chain smoking neighbors below, & shower takes 20 minutes to get warm but kitchen sink water will scold you in less than a minute. You can find better quality for same price in same school district & zip code. Keep looking; dont live here.

ADT has supposedly been fixing the card entry at fitness center going on 3 weeks now. Wondering if it will ever happen. That is where the laundry loading card machine is as well.

The management is terrible. And it seems like they do inspections every couple of weeks for no reason.

This place is terrible. They really need to treat their residents like people and stop trying to nickle and dime them for everything. When we moved in, everything was great. But then Monarch took over and it quickly went downhill. The office staff are completely unhelpful and will simply claim everything is "corporate policy" so they don't have to own up to the fact that they are trying to gouge their residents. They didn't tell us that our utility and pet rent was being raised until after it was too late for us to give our notice to move out and find somewhere else to live, despite the fact that we asked about what the changes would be if we renewed. Additionally, repairs are often half done at best. The lock to our mailbox broke and their way of fixing it was to use a large screw through the lock to keep it in place. However, the screw juts out about an inch into our mailbox.

I have tried my best to be patient and have waited 3 years. The office staff is great but even they cannot help you to get maintenance in line. My "annual checks" are more like monthly or quarterly. I feel like there are constantly people in my unit and it makes me uncomfortable! Not to mention that I have to prep for people coming and clean up behind them. I seldom get a 24hour notice. I have a career, I do not have time to manage your staff. Every time maintenance comes, they need the resident to call the office in 2-3 days. Can they not communicate and project plan? Why is it that every maintenance issue I have is "not a priority"?! My AC leaking and soaking my carpet happens every year. My ceiling is currently leaking water and I'm also told it's not a priority because it's over 80. Seasons Chelsea do better!!! If you need more staff, hire them. Otherwise, stop procrastinating getting things done right the 1st time. Take an initiative.
