$900-$1600 **** UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION ALREADY. Places who lie about prices to gain attention to their complex just looks so unprofessional to where I dont even want to live here for that reason only. Who knows what else is unprofessional considering that it takes 30 seconds to update the prices?

Beautiful apartments the small space is well utilized bedrooms are spacious absolutely gorgeous!

Excellent for it's price range. Is it perfect? No but what Northern Kentucky apartment complex is? It's location is very convenient. The management were very nice and understanding. Maintenance handled any issue I threw at them within a week, typically in 1 or 2 days. There were a few maintenance goofs. I had maintenance leave my door completely unlocked while I was at work after they changed the air filters once. I heard that my downstairs neighbors had water leaking down into their apartment a few times but I only had one water problem and it was fixed ASAP. I did have squirrels storing food above my bed.
