    I highly recommend this place it's peaceful it's quiet management staff is very friendly and they get to your maintenance request very quickly

    Put in four work orders for them to fix one thing, still not fixed. Now there's mold growing. It is not treated as a priority.

    I am on a waiting list hopefully something will come available. My soon to be ex lives here, very clean and quiet. I still visit and we are still friends.

    Amanda was so sweet and kind. Even though she was busy, she made sure my appointment wasn't unnoticed. She answered all my questions with direct information. She was awesome!

    I have lived here for three years: twice with roommates and once on my own. Amanda and Danielle in the leasing office have always been kind and helpful. They are quick to fix problems, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and like a neighbor and not just a tenant. The area is decent and Ive had minimal issues except for some noise from my neighbors. Its a little pricy (775 after utilities for a small one bedroom) but I feel that the quality of service makes it just worth it. The only reason Id leave is because of price. Apartments are in good shape, havent ever had a rodent or bug problem (outside of spiders during the summer), and theyre quick to fix things that are broken.
