Very nice place. I think I am going to like it there

I am a current resident and have been 6 years and going on 7 years the management staff is the greatest and addresses any maintenance needs immediately. The manager of the property takes care of the grounds very nicely and very professionally. I love living here

I talked to a lady today about apt .She promise to get back to me but didnt .It might been nice place to live.

I just want to say that I have been a resident here 7 years and have nothing to say but great things about the community. Being a senior citizen it is very important for me to feel safe and live in a quiet beautiful setting. Robin makes sure that the grounds are kept clean and makes sure if I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of asap. I hate it when I hear people complain about the rules I get so angry because they are for our safety but also for our ability to enjoy and beautiful home environment. Thank you for Robin and the whole staff for caring for our community. I will tell others that there truly is nowhere else in NKY that can live in a beautiful safe community like ours.
