Not friendly staff never available manager lives on property but can never be reached and maintenance is lazy .... Ive lived here over 4 years and the only good thing is got to transfer to a new unit but the windows are still the same drafty ones and my electric bill runs me $200 - 250 a month along with rent $950 u do the math . need improvement in the staff or bring other staff back .

Its dirty outside (trashy) And cost too much in energy saving because the windows And the heat have to be high to warm up the apartment epually .

When I saw the apartment online, I decided that was the one I wanted. I viewed about 200 potential home's, but I wanted that one. I called several times and never got an answer. I finally just went out there and was told no apartments were available for show, but I could tour the office. I loved it! It had everything I wanted. I took the application home and wanted to bring my spouse back before I made a final decision. Well, I have been calling for weeks and I still haven't got an answer and no one is ever in the office. I'm a great tenant if I may say so, and all they had to say is they're not trying to make any money right now.
