The place is well laid out and the location is good. However, more effort can be made to upkeep the property, and maintenance is lacking in general.

The maintance is poor and so is the management

Nothing gets fixed in the apartments. They are worried about fixing the apartments that no one is living in, but the people that have been living here for nine years can't get anything fix. They know about, but don't do anything. We shouldn't have to keep calling when they have it on record. The pool never worked and it seems like that happens every year. If I could move I would, but I don't have that kind of money. I would not recommend any apartments here to friends or family.

Because of the maintenance staff and office staff i have lived here a little over a month and the things i was promised to be completed by time i moved in (reason why i had to wait 2 extra days) was for these things to be complete) and nothing has been. my fridge leaks water all over the floor and inside the fridge they have failed to fix that. the bath tub is scratched up and chippin failed to fix that the tiles in the bathroom are coming up aling with the grout also...many more to add
