Lived at Charleston Pines for 15 years and never experienced any problems with staff. Management was always courteous and friendly. Maintenance was never a problem. I moved out only to go to senior living. I made a big mistake. Now I am considering going back, but as others have stated, prices have gone up more than I want to pay.

The ladies in the office have been great. Anytime I come into the office or call, they are always friendly and happy to help. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home. The grounds and landscaping is also a huge plus as it shows management takes care of their properties. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I bought a house due to the enormous rent increase we would have had this next year @$250/month. It's a nice complex and the apartments are decent but between the hight rent hike, incredibly rude office staff (not Alivia, the other one who is just a really mean spirited, unhappy person) and the mean old maintenance guy that patrols the place like he owns it, I would never recommend anyone to live here. It's a shame too. We had some of the best neighbors of our life here and will miss them greatly. Maybe with all the complaints about the office staff, the owners might want to do something about the incredibly rude lady that works there. You're getting quite the reputation.
