DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I can write a story about all the negative things that go on here! Cutting grass at 9:00pm. Paying for everything to get fixed. They will take your money! We got a water bill that cost 278.00 added to our rent. Said it was a charge we went over the water we used. WOW some made up stuff!!!!! We can't wait to get out of here!! The person that owns this place is horrible for it to run like it does!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You will pay for everything!! Routine maintenance, water and the whole nine yards!! We have been living here for three years and this place is horrible! Find somewhere else to live because you will regret it!!

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. If I had read their bad reviews I would not have moved here. I am only halfway through my lease but I have already had a handful of issues. One, they moved us into an apartment and building that already had a bug problem and continued for months. Two, there are hidden additional fees. We were charged for a plumbing issue that most landlords cover. Three, the staff changes often and the current staff has been rude and unprofessional. I don't gotten a response from staff unless I go into the office. Not return calls or emails. And 4. The dumsters stay full and so sometimes, I have to drive my trash around the complex to find a dumpster that tenants haven't just left their trash sitting next to.

I give it a zero!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I still do and can't wait to leave!!!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!! They will raise your rent every year. And you are responsible to fix everything!!!
