The worst decision I ever made was to move here. You cant ever get the office to answer the phone, my car has been keyed twice now, and 2 packages stollen from my porch. I wouldnt have even bothered with a review if I could get these issues resolved, but as I stated previously, no one answers the phone at the office when you call. We have been stranded in our home for 2 days because management didnt salt and we keep sliding down the hill as we try to leave. I slipped in the parking lot and bruised my hip because mmgt didnt bother to salt the parking lot either. When I asked the neighbors about it they said for as long as they have lived here they've had to take care of it themselves. As much as we pay here I would expect better upkeep, and more importantly, concern for the well being of their residents. What a nightmare!

Melissa was very helpful when we inquired about the townhomes there. After we left with our application that my husband dropped off the very next day with the application fee and she said we found out in1-3 days if we were approved. She called the very next day and said that our application was approved. So we will be new residents there and are very excited about our next chapter at Eagle Ridge Townhomes! Melissa again was very helpful and informative during the whole process! Thanks Melissa for everything!

Manager was informative and kind. Will be calling back closer to my move out date, definitely. The property is exactly what I have been looking for!

Never call back after many messages. You never can talk to anyone or they just don't answer. Can't get any help or see if they have any available.
