Very friendly staff, the maintenance guys are helpful and courteous, the neighbors are friendly, and every thing is very well maintained.
The office staff has treated us wonderful since day one, anything we needed done by maintenance was addressed in a timely manor, the office is always coming up with great ideas to keep the residents involved, and the summers here are a lot of fun! Nice clean pool, community yard sales, free Popsicles. Great place to stay and raise my kids!
Yeah when it is too cold you guys have to turn the heater high a little bit for us thank you

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
