We are extremely dissatisfied with the new management team. We put in a work order three weeks ago and still have not had anyone come to our apartment. We have been up to the clubhouse and they promised us last Friday it would be done, still no one has come. We were much happier with the old management team. They were much quicker and more efficient. The new management team seems confused and not all on the same page. We are very displeased.

Great area to live in is not far from stores and restaurants but far enough to live in silence and peace, Lovely greenery around and excellent pool area.

I enjoy living at Grandview Summit Apartments. The overall community is clean and well kept. Very friendly community. Nice people all around.Really good environment and services provided by the office. Walmart and all Hospitals are very near by.
