My apartment is BEAUTIFUL! I love everything about it. The staff weren't to inviting and soooooo unorganized! Now that Wallick took over it's crazy how much of a change I've seen already in just 2 short months. Wallick really seem to care about their tenants. And get this, THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE! I'm excited to see what else they have to offer:)

They clearly hired all office managment from the Covington McDonalds, they are completely oblivious to anything related to apartment managment and have zero knowledge about anything going on down there. For the 1st year I was there there wasnt even a maintenance or office personnel. They must have not paid the trash bill because the dumpsters would overflow, sometimes for months at a time.

I currently live her and I am moving as soon as my lease is up because of all the problems I have experienced living here. When I first moved here I wasnt informed that there was no office manager or maintenance tech. I have experienced everything from noisy trifling neighbors to bugs and things not getting fixed or taking months to be acknowledged. My ceiling is leaking as I am writing this and I was told they arent fixing it because Im going to move. All they did was patch it. To me this place is a joke. I moved here while I was pregnant and it has been a pain. I pay too much in rent to not even be compensated a little. The last few months they finally did get new staff and of course they are backed up on work orders. If I had the money to break my lease I would have but seeing how it would cost the same as paying rent Im staying until my lease is up. I heard this place was previously really run down and the way its going it will be back to that. Not only due to the staff but the tenants, they are rude and inconsiderate; especially when it comes to parking. I had to borrow a handicap sticker just so I have a place to park when I come home. When I first moved here trash use to be piled up to the sidewalk from the compactor thats how trifling this place is. Im not sure who all else complained but I always brought everything to their attention because that was very unsanitary. The neighborhood is trash too! Ive never live on the ghetto smh. If you can live in mediocre or less then by all means choose Rivers Edge. I wish I wouldve known what I know now.

My move in experience was amazing. The transition was smooth lexis made me feel like I was important. She took the time out to make sure everything in my apartment was nice and clean. She was very pleasant and friendly. Very precessional I love my new home.

I hope I can live there S O O N - coming over from Golden Tower - This area on Greenup Street is a nice neighborhood - I have always liked this district ~
