Worst place I have ever lived!
Starting from day one it took me and my roommate 3 months to complete the application process because the website was so confusing. It even took 5 hours in the leasing office with the lady helping us to fill it out. When we were finally approved, we paid our security deposit (which we later found out got lost), and was given a move in date. All ready to move in that day, we headed over there only to find out that the apartment STILL WASNT READY. We were given no notice and had to wait another week to move in. The day we finally moved in we were rushed through signing our lease and was told we would be able to pay our rent and water online every month. Every single month for 8 months straight (and still continuing), our account was messed up, over charging us online and were forced to pay extra for a money order. Every month we were told that they were working on it and that it would be fixed the next month. After putting up with this for 7 months, I came home to an eviction letter in my door telling me we owed over $1,000. After we went into the office with every single receipt showing we paid on time every month, we were told that they never made a copy of our security deposit and essentially lost it. So, we had to go to our bank and get a copy of our money order proving that we paid it. Even after we gave proof of paying every single thing to them on time, we were told that our account was being reviewed with a fine tooth comb. We still have yet to be given confirmation that we will not be evicted. We definitely are not renewing our lease once it is up. Please do not waste your time with this place. They are very unorganized, rude, and uncooperative.

The apartment was great; management not so much. When it was time to renew my lease, I called multiple times; when someone answered, agents kept giving me the run around. Two months later, I get a random letter in my door telling me the rent went up $200 and I had 2 days to make a decision to sign or move! Also know it will take months for things to be fixed. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This is even with "new" management.
