Our apartment is not medically safe. There is mold in the apartment. Our apartment has been wet. Flooring is a mess was not changed before we moved in. Have all kinds of problems. We have been here 4 years. We are both seniors with limited income. Paying more than it is worth .The office has been talked to several times about the problems. But all I get is excuses. Thank you for listening to me. God bless

Hello! My name is Sheila L Ruf and I'm handicap Social Security I had to sell my property and it just so happened the cove ahead and everything it closed down on me I am looking for a very nice apartment to call home I'm a very clean person I have excellent credit and at this time I am homeless and I've been living with friends and family members but like define something before it gets too cold to where I can't walk the cold weather bothers me and I need a place to call home.

The new management is awful. I never get a response to any of my emails, i have mentioned issues a few times and nothing get fixed. Our water is turned off often to the point where mine rarely works as it should now. I am ready for my lease to be up.
