A clean and quiet nice place to live

Quiet and pleasant place to live, but the annual rent increases are insane. Not worth the amount they charge. If a person does not have the rent on the first, on the second a $75 late fee is applied with an additional $5 a day added on until the rent is paid. Companies like this have exploited the public when the housing market crashed by raising the rent at an unrealistic pace. People do not stay here long.

Quiet and safe neighborhood to live in but the rent costs has been increasing yearly about 50 dollars a year.it is reasonable after the renovation last year but does not make any sense to me this year.

The apartments are very animal friendly but the yearly rent increases are ridiculous this year rent increased over $100/month, many long term residents are moving out. With no amenities such as pool the value is not worth the rent.

They removed all the garbage disposals. The office staff are nice but there is only one maintenance man for the entire complex. My central air was broken for the last two summers and I was basically told sorry. They never clean off the snow or leaves but make sure to always clear the path for themselves in front of the office. They never get snow removed on the street. The updates recently done are nice I suppose. The rent has gone up every year.
