Just moved in. Love living here. Office staff has been wonderful to deal with. Manager super nice and helpful and the apartment was perfect when I moved in.

Really like this place. Love the quiet neighborhood. My kids love the playground and the pool. My apartment is large and super nice, especially compared to most things in B.G. I would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

When I first moved in around April/May of 2015, this complex was perfect! The grounds crew was amazing, the maintenance crew was amazing and polite and the front office manage was more than you could of asked for. The manager would be out and about daily, walking the complex, picking up trash and talking to neighbors. The complex has since switched hands a time or two and I could definitely tell. Since my move in/move out, there have been a total of 3 front office managers, unknown amount of maintenance men and lack of. Issue and concerns have been brought up to the manager and nothing is done. They never fix anything. They are incompetent from front office down. Debra, the manager, is by far the rudest and most unprofessional employee I have ever met!! The way she treats and speaks to residents has even been addressed with her boss. Needless to say they did not believe nor care about the several complaints. The maintenance crew cant even mow the grass properly. Mow some of it one day, wait a few more day and mow more. You can forget about them using a weed eater to trim. They cant even handle the simple task replacing light bulbs that have been out around the complex for who knows how long. Best part of all, the cheapest apartment will still run you close to $ 1,000 and the complex has turned into HUD Housing. If you do not know what that is, it is a complex that acceptes section 8 or better known as welfare.... Im sorry, but Im not going to pay nearly a $ 1,000 or more a month to live in a section 8 community. To clear up my complaint about that, I never saw empty alcohol bottles laying around the complex or EVER smelt burning marijuana before that place turned into section 8. Btw, the rent keeps increasing and they have done NOTHING upgrade or addition wise to the complex. Like I said, STAY AWAY!!!

The sound barrier between apts needs to be better, Other area residents need to keep their patio's more presentable and cleaner.

We have been very happy with the office person and the maintenance crew. There are some concerns though. The thermostats were lowered in ALL the apartments in compliance with code. In the handicapped apt.s, this is fine. But for the rest of us who are not in wheelchairs, we have to practically get on our knees to set the thermostats. Plus, it is low enough for kids to get into. Not a good idea. The floor on the upper apt. has NO sound proofing between it and the ceiling down stair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
