What Renters Like and Dislike About Berea

Bus stops close by. Then its close to down town.so the libery is not far at all . So can go there and enjoy the events going on in the town.

The houses are spaced way out. A lot of houses are 2+ acres all the way down. The only business within 2 miles is a DG.

I like that the houses are at least one acre apart. I like having cows and horses for neighbors. I also like there are no public places to go here.

I'm 7 minutes away from grocery store and mostly fast food restaurants. Yet I live in the country with farm land all around

Very quiet single family dwellings with a Neighborhood watch program. Our street is only 1 block long.

I like that it's quiet and not packed close in on each other, big yards. I also like that. It's peaceful and quiet.
