I've been a resident at Polo Springs for two years now, and I must say that it's a very nice place to live. The units are clean and spatious, and managment is always on top of things.

Was quoted $750 when I agreed to move in/$15 pet fee monthly,I agreed to move in went to get my keys - pet fee was raised $50 Had to call multiple times to renew my lease /ask what it would be raised to - Shirley told me it would be $50. The night before my lease would expired she knocks on my door at 9pm saying rent will be raised to $900/$950 with my pet fee. told her thats not what we discussed -she crossed out the pet fee saying shes let the mgmt know she made a mistake but the lowest she could get my rent to was $875 -didnt have a choice but to renew. asked for a copy of my new lease multiple times/never got one. every single car in our lot was broken into /personal information was stolen - nothing was done by police or property mgmt outside of them putting up surveillance signs when there are no cameras. Neighbors downstairs had MULTIPLE violent interactions in the parking lot /waving guns around - sent videos to Shirley of fighting in the Parking lot as well as threatening to shoot one another. Nothing was done until the police made an arrest due to domestic violence and an interaction with my neighbor across from me with them. Shirleys response was I dont know whats up with people Lately, this is the third time police had to come out for different people gave a two month notice of leaving/again requested my lease to make sure I was leaving within my agreement/Shirley ignored me for the remaining time. I dropped off a letter saying I would be vacating the property a week early but paid for the remainder of the month - Shirley called me yelling that shes been trying to get in contact with me for months and Ive been ignoring her calls. sent her a text of my phone records calling her out for her lies. The remaining week I had electricity under my name for the apartment she ran my bill up 175$- Kept my deposit for cleaning fees (I was told all vacant apartments would be remodeled before being rented out again) and an additional month left to lease.

They are raising the rent $800 a month which for these are totally not worth it all appliances the landlord is very lacks on getting things done no on-site maintenance no playground for the children I don't understand the rent hike I'm very glad I'll be moving when my lease is up I wouldn't recommend these somebody that was homeless. There is no on-site maintenance to have anything done your wedding a week to two weeks to have anything done
