Very expensive and strict. I was 7 hours late for rent (7am on the 4th of the month) and they charged me $50 for being late. Not a fan of this place

Forced to get their internet service and it's the worst. Definitely don't count on using it during a storm. Other than that, it's been good.

Wendy and staff have been nothing short of amazing. My family and I were displaced from a house fire. The first time we met with Wendy and saw the apartments, we were sold. They do their best to fulfill your requests and they're so busy moving so many people in at a time. In my opinion, this is by far the best apartment in Wichita. The layout is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

First negative review of my life. I would say from my bathroom ceiling and kitchen leaking water to the customer service. I'm def terminating my lease agreement. It's like they couldn't even try to be helpful.

Do not move here if you appreciate quite. The apartments are new however they are built very poorly. There is little to no sound proofing between floors or walls so I can hear everything in the surrounding apartments.
The management staff is nice when you are looking to rent and great unless you come to them with a problem and then they treat you as if you are making trouble. I would not recommend this property unless as I said you really are not bothered by noise.
On an upside, the maintenance staff here is wonderful, polite and always helpful.
