      The apartment they show you is much nicer than the one you get a key to AFTER you signed the lease. Apartment smelled of smoke cat urine and mildew. Infested with BROWN RECLUSE spiders! Two different building fires this year. Dumpsters are often overflowing. Water or electricity gets shut off about once a month. Management is burnt out would not recommend.

      I love living here. Its such a great place i moved from a small small town and the transition was easy! I feel comfortable walking to and from the laundry mat and around the complex at 12am alone. Never had issues with neighbors and maintenance has been quick. The office is super friendly. I only have two negatives. One is that you pay your own water due with rent. Not the negative, but my water bill is always in my box after rent is due. They don't get it to you before its due. The other is that i keep seeing the rent climb, even though little has been done to improve the apartments. My lease is almost up and i hope to re-sign it again, but i wouldn't pay much over $500 for a studio..

      For the initial bang for you buck, this place seems a little pricy. However, when considering the location and responsiveness with the maintenance, this place is very good.

      The Staff that run these apartments are always so helpfull and friendly. Anytime something needs to be fixed it has been done in a timely manner. I have always felt safe on the property and it's great knowing there is security if needed. I really enjoy my apartment from day one I have felt at home. :0)
