Rented before on that complex but it seems like I'd love to if you have any openings where are you directly located

Just wanted to thank management and Scott, the maintenance technician, for the quick and excellent response to my 4 requests for repairs to be made around the unit. I put the requests on the portal yesterday late afternoon and Scott was at my apartment this morning and knocked out all of the requests! All jobs were well done. You couldn't ask for better response than that!

River walk fought like tooth and nail to get me into the right home

Props to the maintenance guy, Scott. He replaced a leaky faucet for me. He was really fast , efficient and did a great job. Thanks Scott!

I can't lie the property manager is #:&:+_ let me keep what I really want to say to my self anyway, the assistant property manager Ashleigh or Ashley and front office assistant Yame or Yema are the best thing about the whole office they are dealing with a area filled with homeless people a long with other unnecessary things they can't control and still find time to care is amazing, these apartments looks amazing but that's all I can say truthfully because they are breaking down from the inside out the maintenance crew are extremely overworked and may I say don't have the necessary resources to keep up with everything thing that's constant breaking down or getting stolen from them like the golf kart. They need a new property manager or move Yame Yemen Yami whatever her name is up or Ashley and give the maintenance people more to work with because thing are breaking down more then they are fixing things it's like 1 thing gets fix 3 things break down in a different part of the complex. I only will give it 1 star because everything falls back on the property manager who is clearly in my opinion isn't doing jack DOODOO and I personally feel backing the people who work under her or seem to be not fighting hard enough so they can get the things they need to upkeep the lemon they got tricked into buying....... I feel so bad at times because they look so tired coming into work......

I recommend to everybody come and look at the apartments at Riverwalk the leasing agent over good customer service

riverwalk apartments has been great! great prices, great staff, amazing communication, and great place to stay overall
