    I liked what I saw and for good price. I lived there when my 2 oldest boys were very little. Now I heard that they are not a good place to rent from and so on but I will book a tour and truly see

    Management is amazing, maintenance is always SUPER prompt, and it's within walking distance of both a grocery store and two schools (elementary and middle school). They've got prices that compete with some of the cheapest places in Wichita, but staff that goes above and beyond every day to make this place feel like more than that. The staff here put in so much effort to make this community great, and it really shows. I've lived in "nicer" (read: pricier) apartments that I didn't like as much as I like living here. This is hands-down THE best place I've lived in Wichita.

    I have lived at 4 different apartment complex's and this one is just what i love. Tight windows, storm doors, nicely painted interior. gas stove, efficient air and gas heat. it is quiet here, great people for neighbors. The staff and maintainence is great! W e love it here!

    The staff is very helpful with any residents request. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. Lease renewal thank you gifts. Always clean and maintained property / apartments. Military discount referral discount. Lots of contests and involvement for residents. I have enjoyed calling Pinecrest Village my home for the past couple of years ! Come join us !
