The management sucks! Do not live here!! If you want to pay a $200 electricity bill for an AC unit to not work this is the place for you!

This is our first year at these apartments and we just renewed our lease for another year because we really love it! The office staff is almost always readily available, otherwise they return your call if you leave a message, but mostly I get to speak to someone right away. Maintenance is timely and persistent. The grounds are well kept and we were impressed to see the buildings have been power-washed while weve been here, no nasty buildup of dirt and cobwebs allowed. Continually noisy neighbors are asked to leave so the complex is quiet except for normal noise. We love the fireplace and especially the firewood provided and delivered in the winter! Weve been very happy here and plan to stay awhile.

I lived here for almost 3 years. The apartment was a nice 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. There are 2 pools and a hot tub available as well. They even deliver free firewood to your door upon request! The staff was very friendly and always helped me out, even when I locked myself out of my garage past office hours. The neighbors were all friendly. They got a new security and maintenance team this year who are very polite and on top of things and take care of work orders immediately. My hot water heater leaked and they had a new one in that same day. I never ran out of hot water, the appliances all ran well and I really enjoyed living here. I only moved because I bought a house, otherwise I would have stayed longer.
