Lincoln Meadows is a good property with a great staff and superb maintenance crew. The salt water pool is very nice too.

I have been a resident at Lincoln Meadows for over 5yrs and I love it here! With 24hr security I feel safe, it's a very clean and quite communit. The staff is always friendly and helpful (I have my 2 favorites but I won't say there names because I don't want to take away from all the others who are great as well). Meeting residents who say they have lived here for over 25yrs says a lot about Lincoln Meadows staff and policy. My favorite team is Maintenance, when called they are there to fix or replace whatever is needed. I never have to wait more than a day or two to have the issue resolved. They are clean a professional. I work during the day but I have complete trust in this team. They are so clean that the only way I know they have been here is by the ticket they leave behind! If you are looking for a clean, safe and affordable community to live DON'T pass use by! Sheryn

Great place to live. I lived here 1yr with no problems to speak of. Friendly Staff and neighbors. Hope to return when I move back to Wichita next year.

Our management is so terrible here. Even as people who do everything right and follow by the rules, they find any reason to come after us and get us to cough up extra money. They are super rude and pushy and have just ruined our whole experience as residents here. The apartments are okay, they just ruin it. I dread every time up have to call up there and speak to Ally.
