Eaton Place

Walking in the building, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to live! Such beautiful history in this "old" hotel!

This appears to be a great place to live. With my job and the entertainment downtown, I feel it would be a great match. Check it out; the floor plans and amenities are optimal and are of great encouragement for me to seek out future housing to make a home :)

I moved in 3 weeks ago and have loved every minute of being in the heart of downtown Wichita! As a lifelong Wichitan, I have always dreamed of living downtown and calling Eaton Place home has been absolutely incredible! The hustle and bustle of day to day life in an urban city center can be chaotic, but pulling into the garage and walking in the doors of Eaton Place allows you a chance to let go of the outside world and relax in the oasis of this historic building! The leasing office staff are truly amazing individuals who take the satisfaction of their residents seriously and they always have an open door to talk about anything from the property, to life, or just stop by and hang out! I’m so glad I chose Eaton Place!

I was going to move because the previous property manager Terri was horrible. However, after meeting Brooke and Bailey, I have decided to stay. They are wonderful and have been very helpful and kind. The kind of people you want to represent the property.

We have been here almost a year and absolutely love it. We don't ever plan to move. The staff is wonderful and the location it perfect

Never got to make a review aside from google. Glad I stumbled a long this so I could do that. I would recommend ANY OTHER LOFTS before this one. HUGE pest issue, roaches everywhere. the hallways smell of mildew the maintenance sucks but these are all things I can get over... ONE thing I can’t get over is the staff going through my laundry and in my apartment while I’m not present without my knowledge. I was called at my job being questioned if my boyfriend was living with me because they found MENS boxers in my apartment. � had I had cameras installed this would of went a totally different route. Shortly after I got a letter that I would not be able to renew my lease and that was music to my ears! Haven’t missed it ever since.

Do not fall in the trap of the beautiful exteriors of this historic building, because i assure you that is the only beautiful thing that you will see there. If you are looking for an apartment in downtown i strongly recommend checking some of the brand new complex that just opened their doors around Downtown. You will find that just for little bit more every month the others complex are much more worthy! Think that these new buildings will make you save every month in your utilities, electricity for example. At Eaton Place your air conditioning will run through your wood old and bad sealed windows. Believe me, it is like throw $1 coins through your windows. Look for an energy efficient building and you will save more than $100 every month. Moreover, the air conditioning equipment of some units is really noisy. Other horrible thing that Eaton Apartments have is the gym. It is old and have just 3 machines that are old. It does not have even a stationary bike working properly! Completely useless. This gym is worse than some others that i have seen in complex that ask $500 per month. On top of that pest problems are common. I remember once the roaches, some death some running alive all along the hallway in the main building. Good luck in your search!!

Horrible management and maintenance. A friend of mine lived there and was threatened by other tenants because he walked around in his apartment. And another friend of mine lived there for 8 years and they could never get her rent checks processed right. A lot of time spent faxing records that the rent had been paid. On top of that they try and come to her with collections on unpaid rent. Get your account department together. And you wonder why no one wants to live there.
