Tenant for 3 years. Maintenance is amazing and fast! Friendly staff. Friendly neighbors. Clean pool and grounds. Ive never had an issue, but those Ive heard who did were taken care of quickly and courteously. Great place to call home!

Love the pics, Amenities, and floor plans but this is a no deal because they have no DOGS??? Strange.

Recently moved in and so far loving my apartment and the amenities.

Been there for 3 years. Both interior and exterior were kept clean and well managed initially. Recently the interior common areas are dirty and unkept. The apt manager has changed many times. Now on my fourth.

My children and I moved in here March -24-2019. We are said to say due to poor management and rude office staff and repeated financial errors. We will not be renewing our lease. Good renters are hard to come by. You would think that the management would embrace that statement. Nope not East Hampton Estates. That will show you to that as a tenant they dont care about you. And they dont care if you move. They will get a new tenant to take advantage of. How so??? Well fact. I sign and electronic withdrawal form for my rent and garage units. They failed to charge me for the garage units. And now have ordered me to pay them back for 10 months of garage units before I move out next month. If I dont pay for their mistake in bookkeeping, my credit and my great rental records will be affected. SMH Paying for ten month of their errors is not a drop in the bucket. And they really dont care. You have to pay it period. Doesnt matter what this does to you financially. So if you want to deal with this type of landlord by all means sign a lease agreement with them. It doesnt stop here. They twice enter into my apartment without notice. One time was two months after we moved in to do our move out. No we werent moving out they just stated they had the wrong Apartment. sorry are bad. Ugh. We had a flies infestation problem. No we dont have pets. The flies were here when we moved in. And do they didnt take care of the issue. There office stated have fun scratching your flies. How professional. Im going to take responsibility for my bad experience here. I read the reviews before I moved in and I moved in anyway because Ive never had problems with any landlord and I just assume theres two sides to every story. So if they have a good tenant like me who pays the rent on time and gets along with their neighbors. There will be no problems right. sorry to say they proved me wrong.

As a 1 year resident at East Hampton I will say my move in started out rocky. No organization in the office and the apartment had some issues that were never addressed. There has also been a lot of staff turn over the first 8 months and it seemed like every time I went in the office there was new people. Some were nice and some were not pleasant at all. I have noticed that the office staff has been the same for the past 6 months and they have been very nice and professional. When it was getting close to time for me to renew my lease I was very reluctant. However, when I was in the office discussing some of my concerns about renewing I brought up the things that were never done when I moved in. The lady that was introduced to me as the District Manager apologized for how things were handled in the past and politely asked another office staff member to make a work order to get the issues in my apartment taken care of. The next day those issues were done and the maintenance guy was so friendly. I decided to go ahead and renewed my lease for another 12 months and have been very satisfied with the direction that East Hampton is heading and I hope the staff sticks around. Unlike the past office staff they have made me feel welcomed.
