I really enjoyed meeting with the staff. The young lady was able to show me the apartment even in the cold temperatures versus an apartment competitor who showed me a video on her computer with me at the actual property!

No advance notice on rent dues, maintenance does not complete jobs.

Sometimes the stations for receiving doggy poop bags are empty for days at a time, which can cause an excessive amount of other dog owners to not pick up after their dogs. However, I have always had pleasant exchanges with all of the office's workers and maintenance men! I love how promptly the maintenance workers respond to any issues I have had as well as them explaining to me what went wrong and how I might be able to aid in preventing some of the problems from happening again! Some of my current neighbors can drive me crazy with their noise, but I understand that is to be expected and only so much can be done about that.

Water Leaks From Above Me That Has Caused Water Stains And Paint Peeling With Possible Mildue. Still Paying The Regular Rate. With No Repairs Made To Stained Ceiling In Bathroom.
