Brookwood Apartments

We love our home here at Brookwood! The management is so good at quick responses for whatever needs we may have. After living here our a year we would highly recommend it to anyone of our friends and family. I really appreciate the garage spaces and parking tags, so that I always have a space when I get home late at night. With constant upgrades and a real community vibe we wouldnt choose anywhere else to be. The maintenance team is awesome too!

Loved staying at Brookwood! The apartment was great and the Property Managers were the best!

I appreciate the fact that the associate took the time to send me an impersonal, computer generated response to my questions.

I am honestly pretty disappointed in the communication between the staff. I've lived here for 3 months and I have had issues with outlets in basically every room. (im pretty sure this is a fire hazard) My dryer stopped working 2 weeks ago and someone finally came by yesterday to look at it, it is still unclear when I will be getting a new one. My A/C stopped working last night, called the office this morning at 8 am, I was told someone would be by this morning to fix it. Its now 12:30 and is unclear when someone will be by to fix it. Im now writing a bad review to hopefully get someones attention from higher up because the office is not helping. I am 7 months pregnant and curious as to what exactly I am paying $800 a month for.

Dont move in. Your friends will be harassed for parking in parking lot they pick and choose who is there target They say you need a green sticker to park or you will be towed but have of the people that park there dont even have the sticker. They target the vehicles they want and tow

Brookwood Apartments are reasonably affordable as one considers location, access to major businesses, schools, medical facilities etc. The living space includes spacious closets, linen closet, washer and dryer hook up etc. Since I have lived here 31years, I think I am more than qualified to rate this apartment complex as excellent especially with the current management and staff. Brookwood is a friendly place to call a home.
