Brickstone Apartments

This family had this particlular apartment since Nov.2 1972, good maintenance, working a lot on features. Great workout facility. Cloths washers and dryers. Need new paint, and carpet, but the managements takes care of you.being overnight person see security cars regurlar.

I lived there for approximately 5 years and I must say that a shanty in the slums of Haiti would probably have better conditions! RATS, BEDBUGS, ROACHES and BLACK MOLD inside the apt. complex. Mangy, unkempt pets outside of the apt. complex with their droppings EVERYWHERE. Shady management, unemployed residence, TERRIBLE carpets. Seriously, how they pass any sort of inspection is beyond me! DO NOT MOVE THERE EVER!

My building (building 9) was INFESTED with mice. There was a point in time when I was catching 5-8 a day! I was so scared I made the managers set the traps and dispose of them as well. I was told I wasnt the only one with the issue and that it was because it was the winter time. I was also on the third floor. I was forced to move out because of the problem and they kept my deposit and sent another amount to collections. I would never recommend.

Lived here for 46 years. When it was built. Finest employees you ever want to meet. 100 building.
